As a fiduciary with over 28 years of experience in the financial planning industry, Kip uses different tools and listens to his clients’ short- and long-term goals so that he and his team can build out several different portfolio options. He meets with his prospective clients twice to allow everyone to get to know each other and decide if they are compatible for doing business together. After these initial meetings, his team puts together a comprehensive plan accounting for the client’s goals, risk tolerance, desired return, and preferences.
He first got into this business because his parents worked hard their entire lives and finally retired. The financial advisor they worked with only asked his dad what he was interested in and offered no risk assessment, no diversification, no planning, and absolutely no explanation of the options he had access to. He was invested in two mutual funds that were not only in the same sector – they were in the exact same manufacturer. One company filed for bankruptcy, and the other lost 60% of its value. His dad worked up until his death, leaving his mom with very little.
During that time, Kip was finishing his second master’s degree at Southwestern Seminary, followed by serving as a youth pastor in Orange Park, Florida for 11 years. When he retired, he immediately went to work learning everything he could about helping people with their financial planning and has been doing so for 28 years.

She manages the planning and execution of all client-facing events, including the monthly “Bring a Friend” gatherings, quarterly new-client referral dinners, and a range of educational seminars and workshops designed to support financial literacy and community engagement.
In her paraplanning role, Stephanie supports advisors by helping prepare financial documents, assisting with plan development, and contributing to the overall client planning process.
